These devices are sorta' like "pop out" toasters for meat.

 

 

Looks good huh?  A nice 75 pound beef steamship round is flanked by two 25 pound hog legs.

 

  

 

Above  all six rotisseries:  beef leg, 3 hog legs and two 22 pound turkeys.  We've added traveling drip pans that are supported by the carriage moved rotiseries.

Below is our patent drawing and so note the movable drip pan.  Also here we show a wood pellet system.

  Here's the lamb being inserted. Psst the lamb has been crust frozen.  Once the damp blanched collards touch it, they freeze instantly also.  Cool huh?
